Please note the following:

• ALL patients are required to have a consultation with one of our physicians & medical aesthetician’s prior to treatment, to ensure we can make our best recommendations for your concerns.

• A credit card is REQUIRED for all bookings.

Cancellation Policy : We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee. The fee will be charged to the credit card on file. If there is no credit card on file, the fee will be added to your patient file. Any outstanding fees must be paid prior to treatment. In some cases, you may be required to prepay for your service prior to booking.

Late Cancellation fee $50.00 Missed Appointment/No Show Fee $100.00
